Leandro Neves
Leandro Neves began his hospitality career in the kitchen at Fire & Ice, where he quickly rose from cook to Kitchen Manager after discovering a passion for food, teamwork, and the guest experience. His drive to grow within the industry led him to the MET Restaurant Group, first in Chestnut Hill as a Bar Back. Through discipline, curiosity, and a relentless work ethic, he advanced rapidly—ultimately opening three MET locations as Bar Manager, where he led bar operations, developed beverage programs, and trained opening teams.
Seeking to broaden his skills, Leandro joined the acclaimed team at The Beehive in Boston as a bartender, working alongside some of the city’s most talented hospitality professionals. He then transitioned to Kings Dining & Entertainment as Beverage Manager, where his blend of hands-on expertise and leadership elevated him into progressive management roles. Over time, he became General Manager and ultimately Senior Director of Operations, opening Kings Miami and later leading the flagship Kings Seaport location in Boston.
Known for his calm leadership style, operational discipline, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, Leandro brings a rare combination of culinary foundation, front-of-house excellence, and strategic oversight. His ability to build strong teams, streamline operations, and strengthen culture has made him a trusted leader throughout every stage of his career.
Today, Leandro continues to apply this blend of experience, passion, and vision to every venue he helps operate—driving high-performance teams, elevating hospitality standards, and creating memorable guest experiences across all concepts under his leadership.
